What Is PreStocks?
PreStocks is a real-world asset (RWA) platform built on Solana that allows users to access pre-IPO and private market stocks as tokens onchain. Traditionally, investing in companies before they go public has been restricted to venture capital firms, private equity funds, and high-net-worth individuals. PreStocks changes this by turning private equities into blockchain-based tokens that a broader global audience can access easily.

How PreStocks Works
PreStocks sources real private market assets and tokenizes them into onchain representations that users can interact with like any other crypto asset. These tokens can be bought, sold, or held in a self-custodial wallet, providing liquidity to an asset class that is traditionally illiquid and locked for years.
By clicking explore, PreStocks redirects me to any application of my choice (provided it supports the PreStocks pool) where I can purchase these tokenized stocks onchain.
In the example below, I selected the xAI token and purchased $20 worth of it through Jupiter.
Because of its deep liquidity, I was able to swap the xAI token purchased for almost the same amount I purchased it for in the image below.
